Organisations
A quick overview of the Organisations page and some of its features. This guide will begin to demonstrate why it was built and what it can be used for.

WHY
The Organisations page was created to allow the owners and operators of mustard.app to create and manage customer accounts (organisations).
WHAT
Search page:
Natural language search of organisations by names.
Advanced filters for marketplace and active organisations
Table view of organisations including employee count, creation timestamp, marketplace status and account status.
Add New organisation button. (Allows a Mustard administrator to create a new organisation, attach a company and organisation administrator, as well as some basic organisation settings).

Organisation Management Page
Details Tab

Account Name
Company - Used to attach a company record to the organisation record.
Subdomain - Used to define the subdomain for this specific organisation.
Default Country Code - Used to define the default country code for all phone and geography fields used in this organisation.
Default Currency Codes
Candidate Onbaording Modules - Used to add modules to candidate onboarding after signup and arrange the order of those modules.
Payments - Used to set the price if you would like to bill a customer using Stripe for access to candidate shortlists.
Others - Used to turn on/off marketplace, anonymous profiles and account status.
Anonymous Emails - Used to define which email address requests for introductions to candidates should be delivered.
Algolia - Used to define which fields should be sent to Algolia for search purposes, with advanced control for which fields are shown on the anonymous search.
Config Tab

Company Contact - Used to set an organisation-wide data set for what should be shown on styled resumes, including the title term used to identify a recruiter, as well as a default data set for contact information to be shown on the resumes styled within this organisation.
Features
Candidate Gender - Used to control whether or not candidates can identify their gender. Gender can be linked to custom avatars - IE a male silhouette, a female silhouette etc.
Agreement Management - Used to control whether or not an organisation can add candidates to their organisation manually via resume styling. If this option is not selected, resume styler will not be available.
Folder Management - Used to build and manage candidate lists, that are shown on all candidate search pages.
Display Brief on Anonymous Cards - Used to control whether or not the candidate brief should be displayed on the anonymous profile cards.
Display External Provider Feature - Used to control whether or not any external ATS integration is visible to the employees of the organisation when using the application.
Candidate Review Feature - Used to control whether or not candidates can be invited to review, edit and approve their styled resumes.
Candidates Tab

This is the only page in the application which allows you to destroy candidate profiles.
Custom Fields Tab

Used to add and manage custom fields for candidate agreements. These custom fields will be displayed on the edit resume page.
Groups Tab

Used to add and manage groups within this organisation.
Once a group has been created, candidates can choose to become members of that group.
Use the "Promote" feature to ensure a group is always at the top of the listings.
Use the "Create Account" feature to transform a group into a Sub-Organisation for the primary organisation. All members of the sub organisations will also be shown in the primary organisation and will automatically be tagged as a member of that group.
Use the tags field to ensure that the natural language search on the candidates page returns members of these groups if any of those search terms are submitted.
Team Tab

Used to add / remove team members to the organisation, and manage their permissions.
Theme Tab

Used to set the primary and secondary colours to be displayed on the account.
Campaigns Tab

Used to create unique sign up links so that signups can be tracked.
Use the groups field to ensure that any candidate who uses this link to signup is automatically added to those groups.
Terms And Conditions Tab

Used to control the terms and conditions both candidates and clients will need to agree to in order to progress past signup for this organisation.
Algolia Keys Tab

Used to create an anonymous Algolia instance for this organisation, so candidates can be stored and searched.
This will also allow you to Embed this code on any site, or to use our iFrame Chrome Plugin to add search bars and candidate search iFrames to any site.
Integrations Tab

Used to create and manage integrations with third-party ATS systems, and to map their fields accordingly.
Import Tab

Used to manually import candidate databases as agreements into the organisation.
