Drag and Drop or Start from Scratch
Daxtra can accept PDF, Word and Table based resumes, please ensure you are using the latest version of Daxtra to increase the quality of your results.
Users can choose to drag and drop an existing file, or start from scratch and load a blank entry to add data manually.
Once a file has been dropped, Daxtra will parse and extract out each of the data points and display back in a field based approach.

Edit and Clean the Data
Use each of the fields to clean and edit the data you would like associated with this agreement and displayed on their resume and profile cards.
Fields left blank will not be shown on the resume.
You can control the order / hide certain fields using the settings function on the review page.
Save and Review the Resume

Use the Settings and Branding functions to control the look and feel of the resume.
Select the edit function to return to the edit pages and make changes to the data.
Candidate Review Feature

Select the create link function to begin the candidate review flow.
Mustard will automatically create a unique access link and token for candidates to review their resume and control their data. (Note: you will need to manually send this link to candidates).
Copy the link and send to candidates to allow them to access and edit their styled resume.
Note: These links last no longer than 30 days before expiry.
The candidate will have the ability to update the data on their record, as well as accept the changes and submit the final document to the agency for review.
Agency consultants will be notified by email when a candidate accepts the terms and conditions & submits their document for review.
Adding to a List
Candidate lists can be used to create sublists of specific candidates. There are no restrictions on what criteria is required for a candidate to enter a list, so please name your lists carefully.

Use the "Add to List" function to add candidates to new or existing lists.
You can control the order of the lists from this tab also.
Please note, all members of child lists will also appear in parent lists, but not vice-versa.
