Using Mustard in an ATS
A summary overview for how to use Mustard from within Bullhorn.

Once Mustard has been connected to the ATS, and all fields have been mapped accordingly, the ATS iFrame can be installed on a custom tab inside the candidate record.
WHY
The ATS iFrame and integration was created to allow for Mustard functionality to be accessible from within the ATS, as well as provide a greater read & write synergy between the two data sources.
HOW
Please review the technical documentation for how to create, set up and manage an ATS integration.
Once installed, visit any candidate record and click the Mustard tab.
Mustard will send the most recent file marked as a CV on this candidate record to Daxtra to be parsed. If there is no file marked as CV, it will take the most recent file it can find.
Mustard will then pass the Daxtra returned data through its own dictionaries and present back the results on the edit page.
Consultants can then enrich and clean the data as they wish in order to prepare the candidate's Mustard profile.
Once the "Save" button has been selected, Mustard will send the cleaned data back to the ATS fields. Please review the technical documentation for clarity on which fields are overwritten and which fields are not.

The consultant will then be able to review the following:
Anonymous Resume
Full Resume
Anonymous and full profile cards
Changes can be made by accessing the settings and branding tabs.
The consultant can then choose what to do with the prepared profile including:
Download the PDFs.
Send the PDFs back to the ATS record and attach them under the files section.
Send the profile cards to the marketplace.
