Creating An Organisation

A step by step task list for how to create an organisation.

Mustard Create an Organisation Page

Initial Organisation Creation

  1. Ensure you are logged in as a Mustard.App administrator.

  2. Navigate to the organisation tab of the Mustard Panel.

  3. Select the "Add New" button in the top right-hand corner of the organisation page.

  4. Name the organisation using the "Account Name" field.

  5. Attach a company to this organisation using the "Company" field. (Note: You can choose an existing company or create a new one from this view)

  6. Assign a subdomain to this account using the "Subdomain" field. (Note: All functions (candidate, Client and Recruiter) for this organisation will be under this new subdomain).

  7. Assign an organisation administrator using the "Admin Email" field. (Note: This will send an automated email to that address, inviting the user to join this organisation. The invite will include an access token that ensures the user becomes the administrator of this account. The user can be a new or existing Mustard user).

  8. Choose the default country code, currency and measurement system to be applied to this account using the appropriate fields.

  9. Unless you would like this organisation to charge it's customers for revealing the identity of anonymous shortlists, leave the "Job Post Short List Price" field empty. This field should only be used if you would like to enable that feature.

  10. Select the checkbox marked "Active" if not already selected. (You can adjust this later)

  11. Choose if this account should be a "Marketplace" & have anonymous profile search using the appropriate fields.

  12. If you choose to enable anonymous features, you will be prompted to enter the email that all anonymous profile requests should go to.

  1. Navigate to the details tab of the organisation on the management panel.

  2. Scroll down to the Algolia section.

  3. Select "Load Searchable Fields" in the top right-hand corner of that section to load and sync the fields.

  4. Choose which fields you would like to show on anonymous searches.

  5. Click the save button to log the changes.
