A quick overview of the Jobs page and some of its features. This guide will begin to demonstrate why it was built and what it can be used for.

Mustard Jobs Page

WHY

The Jobs page was created to allow Mustard customers to search for, view and manage all client-facing jobs for this organisation.

WHAT

Search Jobs

Natural language search by Job Name and Job Number.

Advanced search to filter by company and job status.

Table view of jobs including Company Account, Job Details, and Funnel Metrics.

Add A New Job

Ability to add a New Job using the "New Job" button.

Mustard Add New Job Page

Fields include:

Job ID - Used to reference internal job-specific identifiers.

Job Title - Used as a client-facing job name.

Existing or Add New Client - Used to invite existing or new clients to this job on the platform.

Compensation Range, Type and Currency.

Number of Hires Required.

Description - Used to include the Job Spec or description as part of the job record.

View / Manage a Job

Mustard View Job Page

Tab view of each stage of the hiring funnel - Used to show which candidates are at which stage of the process in this job.

Prospected Tab - Used to build longlists of candidates. Clients can not view the candidates in the prospected stage of the funnel.

Presented, Interviewing and Hired Tabs - Visible to both client and recruiter.

Ability for a recruiter to move candidates between stages.

Ability for a recruiter to disqualify/reject a candidate from the process (No automatic notifications are sent to the candidate).

Ability for a recruiter to edit the compensation range a candidate would require for this job.

Ability for a recruiter to add hiring notes and attach them to the candidate profile for submittal.

Ability for a recruiter to anonymize the candidates before submitting them to a client. (Note: if the paid shortlist feature is enabled on the panel for this organisation, a client company can pay via stripe to reveal the identities of those candidates).

Edit Button - Used to update and control the details associated with this job.
