A quick overview of the Onboarding Process and some of its features. This guide will begin to demonstrate why it was built and what it can be used for.

WHY

The Onboarding Process was created to expedite the acquisition of candidate data, to enable them to build a complete profile as quickly and easily as possible.

WHAT

Terms and Conditions Page

Mustard Onboarding Page

Shows the candidate the complete candidate terms and conditions as set in the Mustard panel.

Graphics can be customised with minimal coding, to allow for a visual explanation of how the product will help the candidate.

Candidates who reject will be logged out and their account removed from the system.

Candidates who accept can progress into the next onboarding phase.

The Groups Page

Mustard Onboarding Groups Page

Candidates can choose to become members of any of the groups associated with this organisation.

Includes natural language search by group name or synonym, as well as advanced filtering by group tags.

Upload Resume Page

Mustard Onboarding CV Parse Page

Allows for a candidate to expedite the profile building excercise by parsing data from their existing resume or LinkedIn profile PDF export. Currently powered by Daxtra.

Drag and Drop or Browse Files functionality.

Mobile friendly.

Onboarding Success Page

Ability to send a customised success message for completing the candidate onboarding process.
